Processing
All orders are carefully made and packed by Jessi in-studio. Please allow 1-2 business days for this process, or up to 3-4 business days for handmade and limited edition piece, including custom charm builder jewellery. 

Orders are sent with UPS/USPS via a tracked service. Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation email and once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking information. Please remember to check your junk/spam inbox.

Shipping Rates + Times

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and is some cases can be extended due unforeseen courier or customs delays. Once the order has been placed, shipping method cannot be changed. It is the customers responsibly to provide their full and correct address. Parcels returned to us due to incorrect address will only be resent once a new shipping fee has been paid by the customer.

Taxes and Duties
All international packages may be subject to local taxes, customs, duties, and fees levied by the destination country and are not included in the cost of the order. All customs charges are payable by the customer and will not be covered by HeyJessi. Custom departments will hold all international parcels for routine checks and/or for payable tax, this can cause delays in your parcel arriving on time. In this event, your customs department will contact you for relevant payment. For more accurate information, we suggest contacting your local customs office. Customer is not obligated to pay tax and duties set by their country and can refuse payment. If your parcel is being returned to us because you refused to pay customs tax and duties, we will only issue your refund once the parcel has been returned to our office and the refund will not include the original shipping fee. We do not have control over the timeframe it takes for the customs department to process and return the parcel and this can take up to 1 month in some cases, please use your tracking number for updates. If shipping was free with your order and your parcel is being returned to us because recipient refused to pay customs tax and duties, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
